Among Korean garlic classified into warm-season garlic and cold-season garlic, we have carefully selected only cold-season garlic which is easy to store even though there are fewer cloves of garlic.
We have instilled both taste and health into our products by using only premium Uiseong black garlic, of which only 4% is grown nationwide.
Black garlic with its chewy texture and sweet & sour taste is a super food that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and gender since it is not so spicy.
Uiseong garlic extract is made out of black garlic and is produced through aging, fermentation, and drying at the most suitable time through long-term research.

  • The sharp smell and taste of raw garlic were eliminated through aging and fermentation for more than one month at a constant temperature and humidity.
  • In this nutritional supplement, we have increased the SOD (superoxide dismutase activity) and content of polyphenol, an active ingredient, through the production process. And we have also enhanced the body absorption rate from the generation of S-Allylcysteine (water-soluble yellow amino acid), a special ingredient.
  • Uiseong garlic, grown in the soil consisting of shale in a climate varying greatly in temperature, is harvested in mid to late June. And it is easy to store with a solid texture having 6~8 cloves, and gives out a good smell.
